SUPPORTING THE INDIVIDUAL LEARNER

One of the aims for most of our Learners is to provide the tuition and support that they need to gain qualifications.  However we are also aware that many Learners only require tuition in certain aspects of IT and Skills for Life.

In order to provide the right support for each individual we do our best to adapt the training and assessment to each individual’s requirements, inside the various funding and contract restraints, whilst also aspiring to meet examination board requirements. 

This support includes special help and equipment for people with disabilities, learning difficulties, English as a foreign language and also the many other barriers that can affect learning. 

If you require this special support, which may be to change the size of the text of our brochures or training manuals, special seating, different times for training and even changing anticipated end dates because of family crisis, please tell us.

All information is treated in confidence and all of our staff will do their best to find solutions to your problems and help you gain the training and where possible qualifications, to provide evidence of your new skills.
